Darshan Paul is the driving force behind The Find Group, bringing nearly two decades of business leadership across Australia and New Zealand, combined with 14 years of frontline experience as a Detective within Victoria Police Crime Squads and inner-city Criminal Investigation Departments.
Before establishing The Find Group, Darshan held senior roles including General Manager of Asia Pacific Security Group and Director of Personnel D’Elite, where he honed his expertise in security, investigations, and executive management.
With this rare blend of corporate acumen and law enforcement insight, Darshan leads The Find Group with a clear focus: delivering professional, lawful, and outcome-driven investigation services that clients can trust.
