Is surveillance legal in Australia?
Yes, when carried out by licensed investigators within each state’s privacy, surveillance-devices and trespass laws. We never record private conversations without consent or enter private property, so the evidence we gather remains admissible.
How much does surveillance cost?
Hourly rates apply and include the operative’s travel to and from the location and time spent observing. We agree a budget with you before any work begins and report against it.
Will the subject know they are being watched?
No. Our operatives are trained in covert field craft and use vehicles, equipment and tactics chosen to blend in. If there is ever a risk of compromise, we withdraw rather than alert the subject.
How quickly can surveillance begin?
