Yes. Your details and the nature of your matter are never disclosed, and our systems are secured accordingly. We can also sign a confidentiality agreement before you share detail.
It depends on scope. After the first call we provide a written proposal that confirms the scope, timing and costs before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Urgent matters can often begin within 24 hours. Standard matters typically start within a few business days of the proposal being approved.
