How much does it cost to engage an investigator?
In most circumstances hourly rates are applied and in the case of surveillance this also includes the agent’s costs of travelling to and from a location and whilst conducting observations.
Background Investigations are often based on an initial set fee or budget with scope for further work if required.
More complex matters may require a more tailored approach and cost application which we would normally address based on the specific requirements.
Will the information I provide be kept confidential?
All communications are briefed initially to one person, and in most circumstances, this will be a Director or Senior Manager. This information can be provided in person or discreetly via email, or other appropriate arrangements can be discussed. Agents are briefed on only the necessary information required. Communications and all information obtained is limited to only those working on the file, and all information is stored securely.
Do you provide these services around Australia and overseas?
We routinely cover all capital cities and some services in regional areas. In remote areas, we would be required to assess the viability of sending one of our team to the area and the costs associated with this.
For overseas investigations, we have the choice of engaging one of our associate partners or sending an Australian Investigator to that location. Several of our agents have experience in the Middle East and through parts of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and India.
